It is often said that man originated in Africa. There is great consensus that civilization, so sophisticated or developed culture, whether Western or Eastern, on other continents developed. There are even those who think that the best people who originally lived in Africa, had the foresight to leave and then elsewhere for better opportunities found. Descendants of slaves have unqualified gratitude expressed their ancestors knjižara nova from Africa to America eg transport.
In the history of Afrikaans is the kitchen language theory knjižara nova according to which the Dutch at Cape crooked by non-whites (eg in kitchens) and talked to the origins of Afrikaans here can be traced. But as between the origin of man and the development of civilization distinguished, must be between the origin of Afrikaans and Dutch and mutilated the development of Afrikaans as a language in its own right can be distinguished.
This leads to a political problem, because the emergence of proto-Afrikaans (mainly) due to brown. In contrast, standardization, development and survival of Afrikaans (mainly) due to whites, eg the Law Society of Africans, and the dictionary compilers and all that Afrikaans in its general form civilized spoke and wrote. Standard Afrikaans is therefore generalized as an example and witmenstaal Cape as a colored language considered.
Until the last century was published Afrikaans text by non-whites is written, highly unusual. The kitchen language that non-whites in the 17th or 18th century spoke, would not be in the form of Dutch in the 21th century have survived if not for the ongoing linguistic work of white linguists and language users whites were not. Politically correct is that standardized language more generally civilized Afrikaans mentioned (though it remains exactly knjižara nova what it essentially is) but standard Afrikaans.
The African Language Board (ATR) using contemporary local politics as a model for how language matters should be handled. The first chairman of the ATR, Wannie Carstens, from the ATR a conciliation and meertaligheidsraad instead knjižara nova of an African Language Board made (Prague, March 17). In his book Society knjižara nova (Cape Town: Umuzi, 2010) suggests Leon Wessels himself as a kind of John the Baptist as the preparer of the new South Africa functioned. Wessels is therefore now recognized as a constitutional and human rights expert charged. In the context of the ATR-Carstens's meertaligheidsmanie Wessels writes: "Africans can not language rights for other language communities claim - they should do it themselves" (p. 331).
Despite Wessels's advice will Carstens ATR's successor as chairman, Michael le Cordeur, continue with hi
